It is hard to believe that this book was published in 2005, as it accurately predicted the current state of scientific and technological development. Many of the predictions, such as the development of wireless internet, the popularization of smartphones, and the popularization of augmented and virtual reality, have become reality.

Predictions for the distant future (5 to 20 years from now) sometimes sound like far-fetched claims. Humans become machines, and machines become humans. I could somewhat accept the idea that humans would merge with machines and evolve into increasingly non-biological forms. After all, technology for using artificial joints or organs inside the human body is making significant progress, and machines are increasingly replacing human tasks due to the development of AI.

However, claims continued to pour out that were beyond my limited understanding: that nanobots could replace the human heart and all other organs; that the human body could be transformed at will through the application of molecular nanotechnology; and that one could transmit one's own experience waves (emotional experiences and neural patterns), access the experience waves of others, and share emotions.
